About Us
HomeSecure LLC was founded on a vision in late 2001 by a management team with almost 50 years of combined experience in the security and life safety industries.
Headquarters were established in Manchester, Tennessee to cover an extensive market from the Nashville to Chattanooga footprint.
As HomeSecure began its endeavors in the security and life safety industry, we began to partner with some of the industry leaders such as Monitronics, DSC, and GE Security (ITI/Interlogics). Over time, as our clients needs changed, HomeSecure changed as well. With these changes, saw the addition of more products, a change to Security Networks from 2008-2009, and finally to today in which HomeSecure installs systems that are monitored by COPS Monitoring.
HomeSecure was awarded for several years in a row as being in the top 10% of all Monitronics Dealers in the country, developed programs to help builders defend their jobsites against vandalism and theft while under construction, and continued to develop long-term relationships with our clients and referral partners. To date, we have installed close to 5,000 security or integrated systems!
In 2006, HomeSecure LLC reached a major milestone. With our marketing footprint and product lines moving into a more "new construction" offering, we moved into a brand new facility in Murfreesboro, Tennessee on Middle Tennessee Blvd.
Over the years, HomeSecure LLC has had many changes in marketing and offerings leading up to late 2008 when we introduced our d/b/a Tennessee Home Theater by HomeSecure LLC to take us into the next decade and into the next level of client products and services.
HomeSecure LLC remains one of the oldest and largest independently owned security installation companies in Middle Tennessee with licensing in Tennessee and Georgia.
Our mission and philosophy of treating our clients like family, one at a time has never changed and we hope you give us the opportunity to show you this as a part of our family!
In 2011, HomeSecure LLC celebrates its 10th anniversary and we want to thank each and every one of our clients, employees, families, partners, builders, and vendors for a successful decade of service.

Staff:
Joey Ferrell - VP/GM/DQA - Security/CCTV - Since 2001
Joey came to HomeSecure LLC as one of the founding management team in 2001. Prior to joining the team at HomeSecure LLC/THT, Joey was a manager at one of the largest ADT dealerships in the nation from 1997 to 2001 as well as in an interim time period performed independent consulting to two additional ADT dealers and one Monitronics dealer. Prior to his experience in the security genre, Joey was in retail store management with CVS Pharmacy as well as growing up working in his parents' businesses. Joey holds the license for the company in both Tennessee and Georgia as well as several certifications from industry training and vendor certifications. Joey currently holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies.
Sarah Rust - Office Administrator/Sales Support - Since 2008
Sarah began working with HomeSecure LLC in 2008 as our Office Administrator and Sales Support. Sarah is the voice you hear and the smile that you may talk to when calling our offices. She helps coordinate all of our scheduling as well as billing. Sarah has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and is currently seeking her MBA.
Bill Rader - THT CDIS - Since 2009
Bill moved to the Middle Tennessee area from East Tennessee in early 2009 and became Tennessee Home Theater's first Custom Design and Installation Specialist. In this position, Bill sells, designs, and manages the installation of not only security systems, but full integrated home theater, audio, video, automation, lighting control, and much more. Bill has many years of experience in A/V and home systems wiring and installation as well as owned his own company for a period of time. Bill has a degree in Electrical Engineering and holds several certifications in the A/V industry.
Anthony Barrett - THT CDIS/QA - Security/CCTV - Since 2010
Anthony came to the Tennessee Home Theater/HomeSecure family in April of 2010 after successfully owning and managing Automated Lifestyles in McMinnville, Tennessee for several years. The combination of training, certifications, business model, licensing, and client footprint, provided for an almost seamless merging into THT/HomeSecure for Anthony. His dedication to his clients' satisfaction speaks for itself. Anthony has several years of experience and holds a Bachelor's Degree.
Mark Guzman - Level 1 Technician/Installation - Since 2010
Mark began working with HomeSecure LLC in May of 2010 as we saw an increase in the construction industry and additions of the Automated Lifestyles client base. Mark is primarily responsible for installing and programming security systems as well as interning with home systems wiring and installation. Mark has prior experience in the security industry and continues to further his education in our industry.
